Adapt for Access

A custom adaptation can benefit everyone: the person who uses it, the team that imagines it, the team that designs and builds it, and everyone who hears the stories.

Volunteer

ADA counts on dedicated volunteers with expertise in fabrication, sewing and administration. If you are available during ADA's regular business hours to share your skills and talents with us please review our volunteer opportunities below and complete our online application.

Communication Cards

Tangible symbols activate communication. At Adaptive Design we provide the Standardized Tactile Augmentative Communication Symbols (STACS) kit for American Printing House. We also customize communication cards on a case-by-case basis. Get inspired by our past symbol cards or create your own request to fit your needs. Ask about our make and take workshops!
